Feature an Event

This article will show you how to feature a calendar event. When you display an event, it will display on the front end of the calendar homepage.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher | Author

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select CalendarWeb Central Modules menu with Calendar selected.

  3. Select a category Web Central Calendar category.

  4. Click Actions next to the event you want to feature Event Actions.

  5. Select FeatureFeature option in Actions drop-down.

    Note: A gold star will appear next to the event name.Star next to featured event.

  6. Navigate to your Calendars page (/calendars.aspx) and view the Featured Event Featured Event on public Calendar.

    Note: If an image has been added to the event it will show in the Featured Events box, otherwise a default image will display.
