This article will show you how to import a file with subscriber information to Bid Postings.
Important Note:
New subscribers will receive HTML (hypertext markup language) emails.
Existing subscribers will keep their format preferences.
Existing subscriptions will not be removed.

System Administrator | Owner
File Format
The file must be a text file with a file name extension "TXT" or "CSV".
Format Rules
Fields must be tab or comma-delimited.
Each record should be placed on a separate line.
All fields must be present, even if empty.
Only the SMS Number may be empty.
Blank lines are allowed/ignored.
Duplicate entries will be ignored.
Fields (In Order)
Email Address: Limited to 255 characters.
SMS Number: Should be empty, or in formats ########## or ###-###-####.
Subscription Type: Limited to values "email", "SMS", and "both" (without quotes).
Instructions
Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Bid Postings:
Select Choose an Action and then Subscribers next to the category you would like to import subscribers to:
Select Import Subscriptions:
Select Choose File to import your file of subscribers:
Note:
Also click Skip Confirmation Process if imported subscribers have already confirmed their request to receive your notifications:
Select and click Open for your desired file:
Click Import File:
View your imported subscribers:
