If you published a bid but do not see it displayed, the issue could be that the bid’s start date was set for a future date. This will cause the bid to have a Pending status. You will want to change the date to today or a previous date.

Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Bid Postings:
Select the category the pending bid is in:
Find the Pending Bid:
Select Choose an Action and then Modify:
Change the Start Date to today or a previous date:
Select Save or Save and Send:
Cancel: Does not save changes made to the bid item
Save: Saves any changes made to the bid item
Save and Send: Saves and changes made to the bid item and notifies the item’s subscribers
