Make a Custom Widget Inactive

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Select Modules, and on the Content tab, click Pages:Navigation menu showing various modules, including the highlighted 'Pages' option.

  3. Select the Custom Widgets tab:

  4. Click the Actions button next to the Custom Widget that you want to make inactive:

    The interface displays options for managing custom widgets and actions on a webpage. The Actions button is highlighted.

  5. Click Make Inactive:

    The interface shows options to modify, copy, or make the widget inactive. The option, Make Inactive, is highlighted.

    Note: You may not mark as inactive a custom widget that is currently used by a version.

  6. View the Custom Widget as Inactive:

    The page displays an inactive status for the Contact Us widget in custom settings.
