Default Messages are the alerts the public receives through email or SMS text message when new agendas are posted to the public site, once someone has signed up for Notify Me®.
You can change the default message for the category or the Module. If you change the module’s default message, it will not affect any existing category.

Instructions
Navigate to Modules. Click on Content, then Notify Me
Select Message Defaults
Make the changes to your default message
HTML Message (Welcome, Header, Footer): Create a message in HTML format
Note:
Click Copy HTML to Text to directly paste the content of the HTML message into your text message.
Text (Welcome, Header, Footer): View what the HTML will look like in a regular message
Select Save
