Modify an Existing Workflow

Learn how to modify an existing workflow for an agenda.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules > Content > Agenda CenterNavigate to the Agenda Center.

  3. Select the category that contains the workflow you want to modify Select a category.

  4. Select the Workflows tab Workflows tab.

  5. Click Actions next to the desired workflow

  6. Select Modify Actions button menu, modify option.

  7. Edit the options Workflow fields and options.

    • Name: Edit the name

    • Add User or Group: Click to add more users/groups

      • X: Click the X to remove a member/group

    • Add Rules: Click to add a rule for a user

  8. Click Save Changes at the top of the page Save changes button.
