Learn how to modify an existing workflow for an agenda.
Who can use this feature?
System Administrator | Owner
Instructions
Navigate to Modules > Content > Agenda Center
Select the category that contains the workflow you want to modify
Select the Workflows tab
Click Actions next to the desired workflow
Select Modify
Edit the options
Name: Edit the name
Add User or Group: Click to add more users/groups
X: Click the X to remove a member/group
Add Rules: Click to add a rule for a user
Click Save Changes at the top of the page
