Move a Category or Item in the Staff Directory

This article will show you how to move a category or item in the Staff Directory.  

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner

Instructions

  1. Sign in to the Web Central solution

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Staff Directory Staff Directory selected in menu.

  3. Hover over the item or category that you want to move and select Move Move selected when hovering over an item.

  4. Hover over the item/category you want to move the item you selected above or below and select an option Move options.

    • Insert Above: Select this option to move the original item, the first item you clicked, above the item you are hovering on now

    • Insert Below: Select this option to move the original item below the item you are hovering on now

    • Insert as First Sub-Category: Insert the original item into the item that you are hovering over now (if a category)

    • Exit Move Mode: End moving
