Obtain CivicMedia Embed Code

This article will show you how to obtain an Embed Code for a video within CivicMedia. You can use this code to embed your CivicMedia video into a page on your site.

Important Notes:

CivicMedia is a legacy feature. All sales after September 30, 2025, will have our new CivicPlus Video feature. If you currently use CivicMedia and are interested in upgrading to CivicPlus Video, please contact your Account Manager for more information.

Instructions

1. Sign in to your website

2. Navigate to the CivicMedia™ module:

   1. Expand the Modules menu

   2. Select the Content tab

   3. Click on CivicMedia™

3. Select a Channel:

4. Click the Actions menu next to the video that you want the Embed Code for:

5. Select the Embed Code option:

6. Copy the code:
