The CRT™ is a tool used to report and track problems in a community. Once a problem is submitted, it is routed and emailed to the correct department or person. This routing is set up when the category or form is created.
The department or person can reply to the resident about the problem they submitted through the CRT™. The CRT™ will keep a date and time history of the communication.
The CRT™ can also track statistics (stats) on departments, problems, and individuals. Examples of problems include a street light being out or a stray animal. These stats show how many problems were submitted, how many are still open, how many are closed, and the average time it takes to close or fix a problem.
