View Statistics in RequestTracker (New CRT)

This article will show you how to view statistics in RequestTracker.

Important Note:

All sales after July 1, 2020 will have this new version of Citizen RequestTracker (CRT™). If your contract started before this date, please view the information for the original CRT package.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrators

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > RequestTracker Modules menu, content tab, with RequestTracker selected.

  2. Select the Statistics tab Statistics tab.

  3. Select a Start and End Date to view statistics for Select a start and end date.

  4. Click Search Statistics search button.

  5. View the results in the table below View results table.
