Important Notes

• The form does not collect email addresses from the Receive Email Copy checkbox. You will need to add a short-answer field to collect email addresses.

• Attachments are included in emails; attachments will be sent to anyone in the Submit to field.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher | Author

Instructions

1. Navigate to the form center on the front end of your site

2. Select your form

3. Fill in the form; at the end of the page, select Receive Email Copy

   Note:

   This form field is not required, but can always be a user option.

4. Enter your Email Address

5. Click Submit
