Remove the Amended Label from an Agenda

When an Agenda is modified, an “Amended” label will appear. A copy of the amended Agenda can be made and published to remove this label from the agenda.

Instructions

  1. Sign In to Your Site

  2. Click Modules
    Modules dropdown in the Central toolbar.

  3. Click the Content tab
    Content tab in the Modules menu.

  4. Click Agenda Center
    The Agenda Center URL in the Modules tab.

  5. Click the Agenda Category

  6. Click the Agendas tab

  7. Click the Actions menu for the appropriate Agenda

  8. Click Unpublish

  9. Click the Actions menu for the unpublished Agenda

  10. Click Copy
    The Copy button in the Actions menu.

  11. Edit the agenda fields as necessary

  12. Click a Publish option
    The Save and Publish and Publish and Add to Calendar buttons in the Agenda options.

    • Save and Publish: Save and publish the agenda

    • Publish and Add to Calendar: Save, publish, and add the agenda to the front-end calendar

  13. Complete the Publish options
    The Publish Agenda fields.

  14. Select a send option
    The Send and Don't Send buttons in the Publish modal.

  15. View the Agenda on the front-end of your site without an Amended label
