Set Default View Preferences in Form Center

This article will show you how to change the default view options for the Form Center.

Important Note:

Any changes made in View Options will not affect these default settings.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules, then Content, and then Form Center:A navigation menu highlighting the Form Center option in the Municipal Websites Central interface.

  3. Select the Settings (gear) icon:The Form Center module with the Settings (gear) icon highlighted.

  4. Set the Default View Options:The Form Center module on the Settings page with various toggles and menus displayed.

    • Sort Items By

      • Name: Sort Items alphabetically

      • Last Modified Date: Sort Items by the most recent modified date

      • Status: Sort Items by status

      • Submissions: Sort Items by submission

    • Display Items

      • Only Mine: Display Items created by you

      • Published: Display published Items

      • Draft: Display draft Items

      • Pending: Display pending Items

      • Expired: Display expired Items

      • Submitted: Display Items submitted for approval

      • Declined: Display Items that were declined

    • Display Categories

      • Published: Display published Categories

      • Draft: Display draft Categories

      • Submitted: Display Categories submitted for approval

      • Declined: Display Categories that were declined

    • Results Per Page: Choose to view 25, 50, 100, or 200 results per page

  5. Select Save:The Form Center on the Settings page with the Save button highlighted.
