Subscriber Management gives users easy access to a consolidated list of subscribers. Users will only see subscribers to modules that they have permission to.
With Subscriber Management you can export, delete, filter, and search for users. The search feature allows you to search by email or by phone number. The filter allows you to filter through different modules and categories that are relevant to your permissions.
If You Need More Subscribers
If you have reached your subscriber allotment (such as the number of SMS subscriber limit), this can be increased. To purchase additional subscribers please contact your CivicPlus or Customer Success Manager. If you are unsure who your Customer Success Manager is, contact the Customer Success Team.
Navigate to Subscriber Management
Open the Modules menu and on the Site Tools tab, select Subscriber Management

Troubleshooting
A resident is unable to add their SMS number when subscribing
Ensure the site has not reached its SMS subscriber limit, which hides the SMS option.
The SMS phone number may already be used by another subscriber in Notify Me.
The SMS phone number may need to be removed from Subscriber Management if it is not associated with any subscriptions.
If the Remove SMS button does not resolve the issue, it needs to be escalated to support.
Ensure the SMS number is entered before the email address.
