Turn on Enhanced Search for Document Center

Important Note:

In order to have this enabled for your Department Header Package, please contact your Customer Success Manager or our Support team.

This article will show you how to enable Enhanced Search in the Document Center. It is required to enable the page before you can complete this task.

When you choose a Department Header, searching from a Page with the corresponding Department Header will only display results from within a specified folder (and others with the same assigned Department Header).

System Administrator | Owner

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Document CenterCivicPlus dashboard showing content modules with the document center highlighted.

  3. Select the desired folder to include in the enhanced search Document Center interface showing folders including highlighted Assessor folder.

  4. Select Modify FolderThe Modify folder button.

  5. Select the Department Header dropdown and select the desired department header to associate the folder with The Department Header dropdown.

  6. Select SaveThe Save button.
