Turn on Enhanced Search for Document Center

This article will show you how to enable Enhanced Search in the Document Center. It is required to enable the page before you can complete this task.

When you choose a Department Header, searching from a Page with the corresponding Department Header will only display results from within a specified folder (and others with the same assigned Department Header).

System Administrator | Owner

Important Note:

In order to have this enabled for your Department Header Package, please contact your Customer Success Manager or our Support team.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Document Center:The Content tab of the Modules drop-down menu with the Document Center module highlighted.

  3. Select the desired folder to include in the enhanced search:The Document Center module with the Assessor folder highlighted.

  4. Select Modify Folder:The buttons for taking actions on a folder in the Document Center module with the Modify Folder button highlighted.

  5. Select the Department Header drop-down menu and select the desired department header to associate the folder with:The Modify Folder screen of the Document Center with the Department Header drop-down menu highlighted.

  6. Select SaveThe Modify Folder screen of the Document Center module with the Save button highlighted.
