Turn Reservations for an Individual Facility On or Off

Important Note:

The Facilities does not have a "Shopping Cart". This means you cannot bulk register or reserve in the . Instead, you will need to do one registration/reservation at a time. For this functionality, please review our Recreation Management solution.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to s and on the Content tab, select Facilities Facilities URL in the Modules Content menu.

  3. Select the category you would like to modify A category in the All Categories column.

  4. Click Actions next to your desired facilityActions button.

  5. Select ModifyModify option.

  6. Scroll to Reservation Information and check/uncheck Allow Public ReservationsAllow public reservations checkbox.

    • If you want to allow reservations, then you must also select a Reservation Type, which controls how reservations for the facility will be made by the public. Reservation type drop-down menu options.

  7. Select Save ChangesSave changes button.
