Who can use this feature?
System Administrator | Owner | Publisher
Navigate to s and on the Content tab, select Facilities
Select the category that contains your desired sub-facility
Click Actions next to your desired sub-facility
Select Make Into Facility
The sub-facility will now appear as a facility
