This article will show you how to unpublish a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) item. When you unpublish an item, you remove that item from public view.

System Administration | Owner | Publisher
Instructions
Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select FAQs

Select the category that has the item you would like to unpublish

Select Choose an Action and then Unpublish next to the item you would like to unpublish

View your FAQ Item under Unpublished Questions with the Draft status
