This article will show you how to unpublish an FAQ item. When you unpublish an item, you remove that item from public view.

System Administration | Owner | Publisher
Instructions
Navigate to Modules and, on the Content tab, select FAQs:
Select the category that has the item you would like to unpublish:
Locate the FAQ item you want to unpublish:
Select Choose an Action and then Unpublish for the item you would like to unpublish:
Find your FAQ item in the Unpublished Questions section, marked with the Draft status:
