Unpublish an FAQ Item

This article will show you how to unpublish a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) item. When you unpublish an item, you remove that item from public view.

System Administration | Owner | Publisher

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select FAQsModules menu with FAQs selected.

  3. Select the category that has the item you would like to unpublish FAQs Category.

  4. Select Choose an Action and then Unpublish next to the item you would like to unpublish Unpublish Item.

  5. View your FAQ Item under Unpublished Questions with the Draft status unpublished, draft status.
