This article will show you how to view archived FAQ categories.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher | Author

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select FAQsModules menu with FAQs selected.

  3. Select Show ArchivedShow Archived button.

  4. Use the filters to select Only Categories and then select SearchOnly Categories selected to display.

  5. View the archived categories Archived categories results.
