Update Status of Job Posting

This article will show you how to update the status of a Job Posting.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Select Modules and on the Content tab, select JobsModules menu with Jobs selected.

  3. Select the category the job is in Select category.

  4. Select the job you want to update Select job.

  5. Scroll down to Additional Details and change the Status The job posting's status update drop-down menu.

    • Open: The job is still open, waiting to be filled

    • Closed: The job is now closed for applications

    • Filled: The position has been filled

    • Canceled: The has been canceled

  6. Select a Save option at the top of the page Save or save and publish posting.

    • Save Changes: Will save the changes you made

    • Save and Publish: Will save the changes and give the option to send out a of any updates.

    • Cancel: Will delete the changes
