View and Filter the Archives

This article will show you how to filter and view the archive in the Agenda Center.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher

Important Note:

Any items that are archived can only be accessed if the category is still published. Minutes and attachments do not load if the category is unpublished.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your website solution

  2. Navigate to Modules, then select the Content tab and click the Agenda Center option The Modules drop-down menu expanded, on the Content tab with the Agenda Center highlighted.

  3. Click the Go To Archives button The back-end of the Agenda Center module with the Go to Archives button highlighted.

  4. Select the desired Filters, then click the Apply button The Archives of the Agenda Center module with the Filtering options highlighted.

  5. View the results The filtered results of the Archives section of the Agenda Center module.
