View and Filter the Archives

This article will show you how to filter and view the archive in the Agenda Center.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher

Important Note:

Any items that are archived can only be accessed if the category is still published. Minutes and attachments do not load if the category is unpublished.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your website solution

  2. Navigate to Modules, then select the Content tab and click the Agenda Center option The Agenda Center can be found on the content tab in the modules menu.

  3. Click the Go To Archives button The blue, rectangular Go to Archives button to the right of the All Categories header.

  4. Select the desired Filters, then click the Apply button The Filters panel on the Agenda Center archives page.

  5. View the results Filtered results on the Agenda Center archives page.
