View Archived FAQ Items

This article will show you how to view archived FAQ items.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher | Author

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site

2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select FAQs

3. Select the category you would like to see the archived items for

4. Select Show Archived

5. Filter the Start/End Date, select Only Items, and click Search

6. View the archived items
