View Archived Staff Directory Items

This article will show you how to view archived employees or departments in the Staff Directory.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Staff Directory Modules menu with Staff Directory selected.

  2. Select Show Archived Show archived button.

  3. Use the filters to find the specific items Filter options.

    • Start and End Dates: Allows you to filter by dates

    • Start and End Times: Allows you to filter by times

    • Display: Allows you to filter by category, item, or both

    • Reason: Allows you to filter by reason

  4. Archived items will show below the filter Archived staff directory items.

    • Archives Hidden: Archives are hidden from the front end, typically because they are unpublished

    • Archives Visible: Archives are visible on the front end
