This article will show you the different settings found in the Staff Directory.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Staff DirectoryStaff Directory option in the Modules menu.

  3. Select the Settings (gear) icon Settings gear icon.

  4. Set your preferences Preferences for staff directory options.

    • Show Mine Only: When checked, only show the categories or departments that you have permission to. This can help clear up some of the clutter of departments and staff that you cannot edit, making it easier to find what you are looking for.

    • Expanded View: When checked, shows all categories in the menu

    • Show Items in Categories: When checked, shows items in the categories

    • Action to bring up menu in category menu

      • Mouse-Over: Shows the menu when hovering over the category

      • Right Click: Shows the menu when right-clicking on the category

  5. Select SaveSave button.
