View Archived Submissions in Form Center

This article will show you how to view submissions after they have been archived.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules > Content > Form CenterNavigate to the form center module.

  3. Select the category with archived submissions that you want to view Select a category.

  4. Select Go To Archives Go to archives button.

  5. Click Actions next to the form that you want to view

  6. Select View Archived SubmissionsActions menu, view archived submissions option.

  7. View archived submissions Archived submission, actions button.

  8. Click Actions > View Submitted Form to view an individual form submission Actions menu, view submitted form option.

  9. Review the archived form submission Archived form submission.
