View & Export Alert Center Subscriptions

This article will show you how to view subscriptions in Alert Center.

Ensure that the allow subscribers box is checked in the .

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner | Author

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site

2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Alert Center

3. Select the category

4. Select Go to Subscribers

5. View subscribers

6. To export, click the Export Subscriptions button

7. Choose to export Active Subscribers, Inactive Subscribers, or Both

8. Click Export

9. The TXT file will download to your computer
