View Archives in Alert Center

This article will show you how to view archives in Alert Center.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrators | Owners

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site

2. Navigate to Modules, click on Content, then Alert Center:

   

3. Click the Go To Archives button:

   

4. View the archives:

   

5. To view more options for an archived item, click the Actions button:

6. Choose an option, as needed:

   

   • History: View the archive history for the selected alert

   • Restore: Restore the archived alert

   • Copy Link: Copy a link to the archived alert

   • Preview: Preview the archived alert

   • Make Hidden: Hide the archived alert from public view
