View Options in Activities

This article will show you how to configure View Options for the Activities module.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher | Author

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Activities:

  3. Select a Category:The back-end of the Activities module with the National Park category highlighted.

  4. Expand View Options:The back-end of the Activities module with the View Options button highlighted.

  5. Select your desired filters:The Activities module back-end with the View Options tab expanded showing display options and filters.

    • Display Sessions

      • Published: Only view published/live activities

      • Draft: Only view unpublished/draft activities

      • Submitted: Only view submitted activities

      • Declined: Only view declined activities

    • Display Activities

      • Mine Only: Display your activities

      • Published: Only view published/live activities

      • Draft: Only view unpublished/draft activities

      • Expired: Only view expired activities

      • Pending: Only view pending activities

      • Submitted: Only view submitted activities

      • Declined: Only view declined activities

    • Display Categories

      • Published: Only view published/live categories

      • Draft: Only view unpublished/draft categories

      • Submitted: Only view submitted categories

      • Declined: Only view declined categories

    • Activities Last Modified

      • By: The user that most recently modified an activity

      • From: Only view activities beginning on a specific date

        • The date range should be specified as MM/DD/YYYY.

      • To: Only view activities ending on a specific date

        • The date range should be specified as MM/DD/YYYY.

  6. Click Apply:The Activities module with the View Options tab expanded and the Apply button highlighted.

  7. View the list of activities:A list of filtered activities in the back-end of the Activities module.
