View Options in Category

You can filter your view by using the View Options tab.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrators | Owners | Publishers

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site

2. Navigate to Modules. Click on Content, and then Alert Center

3. Select the category you would like to view the options for

4. Select View Options

5. Select the options you would like to search by and select Apply

   • Sort Alerts By

     • Title: Allows you to filter by title

     • Expires On: Allows you to filter items by when they expire

     • Status: Search by status

     • Starts On: Search by start date

     • Modified On: Search by edit date

   • Display Alerts: Will display alerts with the status checked

   • Display Categories: Will display categories with the status checked

   • Date Displayed: Allows you to specify the date the alert was displayed

   • Date Expired: Allows you to specify the date the alert expired
