View & Run a Site Report

The Site Report module (formerly known as the Report) allows backend site users to see the total count of all the pages and module categories/items on their site. Users can also run reports and download a CSV file of the data.

View Pages and Modules Statistics

  1. Sign in to your website

  2. Open the Modules menu and on the Site Tools tab, select Site ReportSite Report selected in Site Tools menu.

  3. View the Pages statistics for your site Pages table in Site Report module.

    • Status: The pages are categorized by Published, Draft, Hidden, and Linked Page

    • Count: View the total number of each type of page as well as the percentage of pages that are in that category

    • Total Pages: View the total number of all pages on your site

  4. Scroll down and view Modules data Modules table in Site Report module.

    • Module Name: The name of the module

    • Categories: The number of categories that have been created for the specified module

    • Items: The total number of items that have been created for that module

      Note:

      For the Activities module, the total count of Activities and Sessions is shown under the Items column. For the Community Voice module, Initiatives are considered categories, and Ideas are considered items.

Run a Report

  1. Open the Modules menu and on the Site Tools tab, select Site ReportSite Report selected in Site Tools menu.

  2. Scroll down to the Reports section and click Run next to the applicable report Run button next to report description.

    • Document Center Report: Lists all documents with Document ID, folder path, folder status, folder name, display name, last modified date, and file size to analyze the data you are storing on your website.

    • Form Center Submission Recipients: View a list of each form and its recipients with Form ID, Form Name, Status, and Submitted To field.

    • Image Repository Report: Lists all Images with Image ID, Folder Path, Folder Status, File Name, Display Text, Alternate Text, Last Modified Date, and File Size to analyze the data you are storing on your website.

    • Page Last Modified Report with Date and User: List dates pages have been modified and the user that made the last changes. Includes Page ID, Version, URL, Title, and Breadcrumbs.

    • Pages Created and Last Updated: View a list of recently created (last 90 days) website pages with the user and date last updated. Includes Page ID, Version, URL, Title, and Breadcrumbs.

    • Pages missing keywords or descriptions: Identify website pages that are missing keywords and descriptions that can help with search optimization. Includes Page ID, Version, URL, and Title.

    • Pages Report: Lists all pages with Page ID, version, URL, title and breadcrumbs, the date created, and status.

  3. A CSV file of the report will download to your computer
