This article will show you how to view search terms. These are the terms that users search for on your site.
Who can use this feature?
System Administrator | Owner
Instructions
Navigate to Modules and on the Site Tools tab, select Search
Use the filter to refine your search on the right-hand side
Start Date: Earliest date for which you wish to view search terms
End Date: Latest date for which you wish to view searched terms
Click Search
View the results
Note:
You can Export search terms
Click on a header to sort the terms
Term: Sort by search terms alphabetically
Number of Terms: Sort by the number of searches during the date range
Last Searched: Sort by the most recently searched terms
