Storage Management Tips

  • Delete old or unused videos to free up storage space

  • Optimize video file sizes before uploading when possible

  • Videos will be automatically encoded to optimize storage

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your CivicPlus Video site

    Note:

    For Web Central customers, navigate to the Modules menu and on the Content tab, select CivicPlus Video. You will be automatically signed in with your credentials.

  2. Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Dashboard
    Dashboard option in the profile drop-down menu.

  3. Select the Services tab in the left navigation menu

  4. View the Storage Usage for your account
