Instructions

  1. Sign in to your CivicPlus Video site

    Note:

    For Web Central customers, navigate to the Modules menu and on the Content tab, select CivicPlus Video. You will be automatically signed in with your credentials.
    The CivicPlus Video option in the Content tab of the Modules menu.

  2. Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Dashboard
    Dashboard option in the profile drop-down menu.

  3. Set the Date Range on the Analytics tab

  4. View the Total Views, Total Minutes, and Total Bandwidth for the time period

  5. View the Recent Videos
    Recent video analytics showing views, playtime, and bandwidth for various videos.

  6. See the Top States by Views
