This article shows how to connect your Zoom call to your CivicPlus Video channel using the Go Live application.

Instructions

  1. Follow the instructions to Get Your RTMP Broadcasting Details for CivicPlus Video

  2. Open up your Zoom application and host a meeting

  3. Click the More button and under the Livestream menu, select Live on Custom Live Streaming Service

  4. A tab will open in your browser; paste the RTMP URL and Stream Key you copied from CivicPlus Video

  5. Navigate to the public Landing Page of your CivicPlus Video instance and copy the URL
    The highlighted URL in the address bar of your CivicPlus Video site.

  6. Paste the URL in the Live streaming page URL field on Zoom

  7. Click Go Live
    Go Live button on the Zoom custom streaming service screen.

  8. The Zoom application will connect the live stream to the meeting

  9. Return to your CivicPlus Video public landing page. You will now see your Zoom meeting live-streaming.
