Webforms automatically record submission data, including when the submission was received. You do not need to add date or time fields just to track when the form was submitted. Date and time fields should be used only when the visitor needs to provide a date or time, such as scheduling an appointment or reporting when an incident occurred.
View Webform Submissions
Expand the Administration menu on the Dashboard

Click View All Webforms

Locate the desired Webform and click the Action Menu dropdown arrow to the right of the Build button

Select Results

Limit Number of Webform Submissions
Click the Administration box

Click Settings

Click the Submissions tab

Locate and expand the Total Submissions tab

Modify the Total Submissions settings

Total submissions limit: Specify the total number of times the webform can be submitted
Total submissions limit per source entity: Specify the total number of times a single source can submit the webform
Limit total to one submission per webform/source entity: Automatically limit the webform to one submission
Click Save

Webform Submissions
Select the Download tab

Edit the Download Options
