Add a Form to an App

This article will show you how to add a form to an app that uses the Forms List app type.

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site

2. Navigate to Apps and click Manage on the app you wish to add a form to

3. Select the Builder tab

4. Select Available Forms from the drop-down to display in the app

   Note:

   The placement of Forms will determine the order in which they appear on the app.

5. (Optional) You can also add a form as a menu item. Click Add Menu Item.
   

   1. Choose Form from the Item Type drop-down
      

   2. Add a Label and select a Form from the dropdown
      

6. Click Save
