Add a Form to an App

This article will show you how to add a form to an app that uses the Forms List app type.

Instructions

1. Navigate to Apps and click Manage on the app you wish to add a form to

2. Select the Builder tab

3. Select Available Forms from the drop-down to display in the app

   Note: The placement of Forms will determine the order in which they appear on the app.

4. Click Save
