Add a Submissions Menu to an App

App users can add a Submissions menu item to their app. In this menu item, app users can browse a list of their past submissions for forms that are connected to the app. Account submission data is retained per the configured retention policy, after which the submitted field values and attachments are removed.

Important Notes

  • App users will need to be signed into the app in order to view their submission history.

  • The menu item will only display the submission history for the signed in app user, not all users in the app.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Apps and click Manage on the app you wish to add a form to Manage button on the application card.

  3. Select the Builder tab The Builder tab at the top of an app.

  4. Click Add Menu Item on the Layout & Content section

  5. Select the menu item and choose Submissions from the Item Type drop-down

  6. Add the Label name that will display in the navigation menu

  7. (Optional) Change the Icon or add an Image for the menu item

  8. Add or remove the Columns that display on the submissions list. You can also drag and drop them into your desired order.

  9. Click SaveSave button in the top right corner of the Builder tab on an app.

  10. You will now be able to see your submissions for forms that are connected to the app
