App users can add a Submissions menu item to their app. In this menu item, app users can browse a list of their past submissions for forms that are connected to the app. Account submission data is retained per the configured retention policy, after which the submitted field values and attachments are removed.
Important Notes
App users will need to be signed into the app in order to view their submission history.
The menu item will only display the submission history for the signed in app user, not all users in the app.
Instructions
Navigate to Apps and click Manage on the app you wish to add a form to

Select the Builder tab

Click Add Menu Item on the Layout & Content section

Select the menu item and choose Submissions from the Item Type drop-down

Add the Label name that will display in the navigation menu

(Optional) Change the Icon or add an Image for the menu item

Add or remove the Columns that display on the submissions list. You can also drag and drop them into your desired order.

Click Save

You will now be able to see your submissions for forms that are connected to the app
