The Bulk Upload feature allows you to make multiple submissions of a form by uploading a CSV of data instead of submitting the form manually. This allows you to take data from a CSV and capture that data within the platform as submission data. It also allows you to run workflow events for each submission, allowing you to capture that data within another system.
Important Note
If a form is private, you must add yourself as user to an app this form is associated with before you can create submissions.
CSV & Form Configuration
To use a CSV to create submission data, you need to ensure that the column headings used in the CSV match the element names in your Process Automation and Digital Services form.


Bulk Upload Submissions
Navigate to Forms

Select the three-dot action menu next to the form

Select Bulk Upload Submissions

Click Select File and choose your CSV file

After the submissions have been successfully uploaded, you're able to upload another file
In the Submissions section, you can view all submissions that were uploaded
