Copy a Form

This article will show you how to make a copy of a form.

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site

2. Navigate to Forms

3. Click the three-dot action menu next to the form you wish to duplicate

4. Select Copy

5. The copied form will show in the list with (COPY) at the end of the title

6. Edit the form
