In the Builder tab of a form, you are able to reorder elements and pages as well as move elements between pages.
Instructions
Navigate to Forms and select the form you wish to edit
Click the Builder tab
To reorder elements, select the two horizontal lines on an element and drag and drop it in your desired order
To move elements to another page, select the two horizontal lines of an element and drop it over the page title
To reorder pages, select a page at the top and drag and drop over another page to change the order
Click Save
