Require Email Confirmation on a Form

Form builders can add a confirmation email input to an Email element. This requires form submitters to validate that their email address matches their original entry.

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site

2. Navigate to the Forms tab and select the applicable form or create a new form

3. On the Builder tab, add an Email element to your form

4. Add a Label for the element

5. Expand the Advanced section and enable the Requires confirmation toggle

6. Click Save on the form

7. The confirm email field will now display

   Note: The confirmation field name will use the label you added to your email element.
