Require Email Confirmation on a Form

Form builders can add a confirmation email input to an Email element. This requires form submitters to validate that their email address matches their original entry.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to the Forms tab and select the applicable form or create a new form The Forms tab in the left navigation menu with a form selected on the page.

  3. On the Builder tab, add an Email element to your form The Email element selected on the Element Types menu.

  4. Add a Label for the element The Label field on the Email Element.

  5. Expand the Advanced section and enable the Requires confirmation toggle Email field with the requires confirmation toggle enabled.

  6. Click Save on the form

  7. The confirm email field will now display Form field for email address.

    Note:

    The confirmation field name will use the label you added to your email element.
