Require Email Confirmation on a Form

Form builders can add a confirmation email input to an Email element. This requires form submitters to validate that their email address matches their original entry.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to the Forms tab and select the applicable form or create a new form Select form on the Forms page.

  3. On the Builder tab, add an Email element to your form Email element.

  4. Add a Label for the element Label field on the email element.

  5. Expand the Advanced section and enable the Requires confirmation toggle Requires confirmation toggle on the email element.

  6. Click Save on the form Save button in the top right corner of the form Builder tab.

  7. The confirm email field will now display Confirm email address field on the form preview.

    Note: The confirmation field name will use the label you added to your email element.
