Users creating and updating HCMS content can send notifications to users who have subscribed to the relevant categories.
Important Notes
You will first need to set up the HCMS Integration.
Instructions
Make sure you have a Subscription List set up in Notifications with the applicable categories selected for the HCMS

Navigate to the Builder tab

Add a Switch Element and fill out the fields

Label: This is what will be displayed to the form users
Default On: Choose whether or not to have the switch toggled on by default
Required: Make the field required for submission
Read Only: Set the field to "read-only" for the user submitting the form
Show Conditionally: This option is used when you want the element to only be shown under a certain condition
Click Save

On the Workflow tab, add an HCMS Submission Event

Select the Switch element you just created from the Notification Element dropdown

Select the same HCMS Categories as the ones on your Subscription List in step 1

Click Save

The form will now have a toggle option to send users notifications when a form with an HCMS integration is submitted or updated

Note:
Only users who are subscribed to the notification list for the specified HCMS category will receive notifications.
