Approvals: Editable Form Elements

A new Editable Form Elements drop-down is available on approval flows. This allows approvers to edit selected submission fields and add staff-only content within the original submission, with changes versioned for audit and downstream use.

Scheduled Form Migrations

Form Builders can schedule, update, and cancel named-version migrations, with clear form status, safeguards, audit records, and failure notifications.

HCMS Delete Attachments Update

Deleting an HCMS content item from the application also removes its associated attachments so they are no longer searchable.

Power Automate Append PDF Attachments

This enhancement lets Power Automate append PDF attachments to generated submission and custom PDFs, removing the need for manual document assembly.
