View Your Support Cases

This article will show you how to view your CivicPlus Support cases. If you need help with an issue, view our article on how to Contact Support.

Instructions

  1. Log in to the CivicPlus Support site using your CivicPlus CivicPlus Single Sign-On credentials (OpenID button)
    The CP Open ID button on the Support site login page.

    Note:

    Sign in using the same login information you use for the Single Sign-On on your CivicPlus product. If you do not already have a Single Sign-On login, you can create an account.

  2. Your recent support cases will display on the home page. Select a case to view additional information, or click View All to see a full list of your cases.
    Select a case number or click View All at the bottom of the case preview list.

    Note:

    You can also search for a case at the top of the page.

  3. View the case details
    Support case information fields.

    • Follow: Select to receive notifications when updates are made to the case

    • Close Case: Select if you would like to close the case

    • Case Information: View the subject, description, case number, contact name, and account name for your case

    • Additional Information: View the status, case owner, origin, and priority level for the case

    • Post: Share an update for the case or view previous communication

    • Attachments: View any applicable attachments
