The Status Page is our centralized source for communicating the status of key systems and services. It provides visibility into active incidents, scheduled maintenance, and ongoing updates as issues are investigated and resolved.

Users can access the page by navigating to: https://status.civicplus.com/.

We recommend bookmarking the page for easy access. During an incident, it should be the first place to check for the latest information.

How to Subscribe to Updates 

Users can subscribe to the Status Page notifications so they are automatically informed when new updates are posted. 

  1. Go to the Status Page

  2. Click the Subscribe to updates button

  3. Enter your contact information

    • Optional: Subscribe to only specific products by selecting Subscribe to specific components.

  4. Confirm your subscription by selecting Subscribe at the bottom

  5. If subscribing to emails, you will receive a confirmation email and will need to select Confirm before you are subscribed.

Once subscribed, you’ll receive notifications whenever a new incident or maintenance updates are published. 


When to Use the Status Page 

Use the Status Page to: 

  • Check whether a known issue has already been identified  

  • View the latest updates during an incident  

  • Stay informed about scheduled maintenance  

  • Subscribe for automatic notifications  

Important Note

The Status Page is for visibility and communication only. It is not used to report new issues. If you experience a problem that is not listed on the Status Page, please continue to follow the standard support or escalation process.
