Cart Log

The Cart Log searches cart contents for both completed and incomplete transactions.

Important Note

The Cart Log is a record of in-house and online transactions that are not finished. This does not include transactions On-Hold or In-Progress. Staff will be able to use the Cart Log to complete transactions, per a client's request.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Functions > Cart Log Gunctions, cart log options in the left navigation menu.

  2. Fill in search fields Cart log fields for filling.

    • Cart Keyword: Enter the name of the participant or program to show the log for various activities

    • User Keyword: Input the customer's name or a staff member who may have completed an internal transaction

    • Date Range: Choose a start and end date

      Note:

      The default date range is the last 7 days.

    • Type: Select Online and/or In-House

    • Platform: Choose Mobile and/or Desktop as the platform in which the transaction was initiated

  3. Select Submit Submit button.

  4. Search results appear; select Go To Checkout to proceed to checkout Go to checkout link.
