Configure a User's Phone Details

This article will show you how to add or edit a user's phone number information.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your solution

  2. If needed, select your Location

  3. Use the Accounts Search bar to search and select your user

  4. Click the Edit User button: Account management showing member details and an edit option highlighted.

  5. Locate the Contact Info section: User account editing window showing contact information and email preferences sections.

  6. Add or edit the phone numbers, as needed: Contact information fields for phone numbers and email preferences in a form layout.

    • When adding a cell phone number, you must choose if the number can or cannot receive text messages: Contact information section showing phone preferences and email settings for a user.

      • Cannot Receive Text Messages: Do not receive text updates

      • Can Receive Text Messages: Receive text updates for your activities or facility rentals by SMS

  7. Click the Save User button
