Configure a User's Phone Details

This article will show you how to add or edit a user's phone number information.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your solution

  2. If needed, select your Location

  3. Click the Accounts tab: The Accounts feature in Recreation Management's secondary navigation.

  4. In the search box, enter the user's name, email, or username: The Account feature's Search box.

  5. Click the Search button: The Account feature's Search button.

  6. Locate the user in the list of results: A list of search results for 'Clara'.

  7. Click the User Profile button: The User Profile button is represented by a person icon.

  8. Click the Edit User button: To make changes or updates to a user, use the Edit User pencil icon.

  9. Locate the Contact Info section: The Contact Info section in the Edit User window.

  10. Add or edit the phone numbers, as needed: The phone number fields when editing a user.

    • When adding a cell phone number, you must choose if the number can or cannot receive text messages: Options for whether or not a cell phone number can receive text messages.

      • Cannot Receive Text Messages: Do not receive text updates

      • Can Receive Text Messages: Receive text updates for your activities or facility rentals by SMS

  11. Click the Save User button: The Save User button when editing a user.
