Create a Journal Entry

Recreation Management administrators are able to use the Journal Entry tool to correct any transactions that may have been put towards an incorrect GL code or had other errors. All transactions completed through this tool will also appear in the Action Log for tracking purposes.

Who can use this feature?

Administrators

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Financial tab, and then select Journal EntriesFinancial, Journal Entries in the left navigation menu.

  2. Fill out the following Journal Entry fields Journal entry fields

  3. If needed, select the + sign to add additional rows Add additional row

  4. Add Notes to describe the Journal Entry Notes field

  5. Click Save Journal EntrySave journal entry button
