Financial Export

Financial Export allows you to see which Financial Accounting software has Supported Export Types. From there, you can fill out export options and run reports.

Important Notes

For access to this feature, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager as it may result in an additional fee.

Instructions

1. Log in to Recreation Management

2. Navigate to the Financial tab, and then select Financial Export

3. Click on a Supported Export Type to initiate the export process

4. Once you fill out the options, click Run Export at the bottom

   Note:

   Each type will have different options available.

5. You will be directed to the Export Pickup screen where the export will show as Pending

6. Once the export says Completed (may take a few minutes), click Download to view the report

   Note:

   The file will be available from the Pickup screen for 10 days.
