When will the Switch to Public SSO take place?

CivicPlus is actively migrating customers to Public SSO across all products. You will be notified by your Customer Success Manager or Product Contact when it’s time for your organization to switch.

What are the Security Risks of Public SSO?

Public SSO is a secure authentication method. By consolidating authentication through a central system, CivicPlus is able to apply strong security protocols to a single sign-on gateway. This includes rate limiting, two-factor authentication, password strength requirements, and monitoring.

If there is an issue with a public user customer logging into their account, who supports the public user?

CivicPlus provides self-service tools and Help Center resources for public users to reset their passwords or troubleshoot login issues. If further assistance is needed, our Support Team is available to help.
